  • We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in biotech, agriculture, agri-inputs, or agrichemical products.

Qualifications

• Degree in Agriculture, Biotechnology, Business Management, or related field (preferred).

• Strong understanding of cultivation practices and farmer needs.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Work Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in sales within biotech, agriculture, Agrichemicals, or agri-inputs (mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

• Generate quality leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, dealers, and institutional clients.

• Promote and sell biotech / agri-related products such as biostimulants, biofertilizers, and crop inputs .

• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and trials to showcase product effectiveness.

• Track market movements, customer needs, and competitor activity.

• Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and territory updates.

• Work closely with the technical team to support customer requirements and product adoption.
