Qualifications and skills

Responsibilities

Support daily office operations

Handle data entry and manage records and files accurately

Prepare quotations, invoices, and other documents

Work with accounting software like Tally

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and letters using MS Excel and Word

Coordinate with clients and internal departments via calls and emails

Perform general administrative tasks
