Tax Manager

We’re looking for a skilled Direct Tax Professional to oversee end-to-end tax compliance, audits, assessments, advisory, and litigation for the organization.

🔎 Who We Want :

• CA / CA Inter / MBA with strong Direct Tax & FEMA knowledge

• Experience in audits, assessments & tax litigation

• Comfortable working in Tally / ERP; IND AS knowledge is a plus

• Excellent drafting, analytical & communication skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented & capable of guiding junior staff

⭐ What You’ll Do :

• Manage all Direct Tax matters for the organization

• Prepare & file Income Tax Returns, TDS / TCS returns, SFT & all statutory forms

• Review agreements & provide advisory from an Income Tax standpoint

• Handle Income Tax Audits, scrutiny, appeals & departmental coordination

• Liaise with consultants, advocates & tax authorities for ongoing matters

• Manage international taxation—foreign remittances, Form 15CA / CB, Transfer Pricing
