Who We’re Looking For
Are you hungry to learn and ready to take on big challenges? We’re looking for a dynamic, accountable Performance Marketing Executive who lives and breathes paid ads, thrives on D2C e-commerce sales or lead gen puzzles, and knows Google and Meta platforms inside and out. If you believe communication is key, love playing with campaign numbers, and have a nose for what makes brands tick—you might be our perfect match.
What You’ll Do
• Launch, run, and scale high-impact performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic and hyper-local platforms. Every click, count it.
• Dive into business goals, decode audiences, and map out killer funnel strategies that drive sales and leads—never just impressions.
• Keep an eagle eye on campaign data, spot opportunities, and troubleshoot to unlock next-level results.
• Tell the story behind the numbers: Make sense of performance dashboards, create crisp, actionable reports, and share wins and learning with both clients and teammates.
• Stay curious—always be learning. Test new tools, hop on the latest ad platform trends, and bring fresh ideas into the mix.
• Partner up with creative, strategy, and client teams—because bold ideas win together.
What Sets You Apart
• 1–3 years deep in the trenches managing Google Ads and Meta Ads. Bonus points for D2C e-comm or lead gen experience.
• You get what makes funnels flow—from CAC to AOV to ROAS. Data is your playground.
• Hands-on with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Business basics are your second language: You connect market research, insights, budgets, and ROI like a boss.
• Words come easy—whether in meetings or mail. You can explain why a campaign rocked…or what comes next.
• You don’t wait for instructions: accountability, ownership, and initiative are in your DNA.
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and PowerPoint/Slides for sharing the big picture.
Bonus Points
• Experience working brands operating on Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
• Creative flair with ad copy or briefing visuals.
• Agency or client-facing background.
