Qualification
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3–6 years of experience in business development, ideally with a background in social enterprises or tech-driven startups.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Network: A strong network with corporates and CSR teams is preferred.
Travel: Ability to travel extensively within India and potentially abroad.
Passion: A strong passion for social impact and disability inclusion is required.
Responsibilities
Business development: Identify and build relationships with CSR heads, corporates, government agencies, NGOs, schools, and hospitals to generate new business opportunities.
Sales and partnerships: Develop business proposals, presentations, and impact reports. Manage the negotiation and closure of partnerships.
Client relations: Conduct product demos and awareness sessions. Maintain customer relationships and manage lead generation.
Project and event coordination: Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and manage logistics for on-ground activities.
Representation: Represent Torchit at conferences, expos, and other events to increase brand awareness.
Reporting: Maintain records and reports using MS Office tools.
Monthly Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000
Annual Estimate: Approximately ₹2.4 Lakhs – ₹4.2 Lakhs
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Potential Earnings: The final salary could be higher or lower depending on performance-linked incentives.
