Roles and Responsibilities
Collect blood, urine, tissue, and other samples from patients following proper procedures. Label, process, and store samples to maintain integrity for testing. Conduct diagnostic tests such as hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and serology. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including microscopes, centrifuges, and analyzers. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by adhering to quality control protocols. Calibrate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment as needed Assist doctors in diagnosing diseases by providing accurate and timely lab results.
