Details Information
🎓 Qualification Essential: Postgraduate degree (M.Sc) in Genetics / Plant Breeding / Genetics & Plant Breeding / Agricultural Botany.
🧑‍💼 Experience Desirable: Experience in hybridization in wheat, DNA isolation, handling of PCR machine, field/lab experimentations, disease screening, molecular cyto-genetic techniques, data analysis, documentation, and report compilation.

💰 Remuneration & Age Limit

  • Monthly Emolument: ₹42,000/- per month (Fixed). No HRA will be provided.
  • Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 45 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

⚙️ Selection Process

  1. Screening: Applications will be screened based on qualifications and submitted documents.
  2. Intimation: Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will receive an email invitation.
  3. Physical Interview: Shortlisted candidates must attend the physical interview on 28.09.2026 (10:00 AM) at ICAR-IARI Regional Station, Shimla.
  4. Document Verification: Original certificates, supporting documents, M.Sc thesis, and NOC (if employed) will be verified at the time of the interview.

  • Attach self-attested photocopies of matriculation certificate onwards, DOB proof, degree certificates, experience certificates, publications proof, passport-size photo, etc.
