- Acquire new CASA (Savings Account, Current Account) relationships through various channels
- Drive CASA liability growth by onboarding new customers and deepening existing relationships
- Achieve monthly & quarterly CASA targets as per business plan
- Cross-sell bank products including Term Deposits, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other value-added services
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain quality portfolio and ensure zero delinquency in accounts
