📋 Key Responsibilities & Duties
Selected candidates will be expected to perform the following core roles
- Teacher Mentorship: Mentor and support teachers across Early Years Intervention (EYI) and Grades 3–5 to strengthen daily classroom practices and improve learning outcomes.
- Classroom Observation: Conduct structured classroom observations and provide constructive feedback regarding teaching methodologies, classroom management, and child engagement levels.
- Curriculum Implementation: Support curriculum rollout through active lesson planning, demonstrating model lessons, facilitating activity-based learning, and employing Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) approaches.
- Remedial Interventions: Lead and organize remedial and level-based learning interventions for Grades 3–5 leveraging worksheets, digital tools, and hands-on academic activities.
- Progress Tracking: Assess and track student growth through baseline, midline, and periodic academic evaluations, while diligently maintaining all necessary documentation and data records.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with teachers, parents, school leadership, and academic central teams to build educator capacity, boost the learning ecosystem, and ensure smooth programme implementation.
