🎓 Qualification	Graduation in B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., B.C.A., or B.B.A. (through Regular or External or Open/Distance Learning Mode) from a recognized University approved by UGC/AICTE. – Minimum average of 55% marks in the last year / last two semesters. – Any program through Distance/Online mode must be from institutions accredited by NAAC with a minimum score of 3.01 or NBA accreditation with at least 650 points.

Selected candidates will be paid fixed monthly remunerations during the initial 3-year contractual period as detailed below:

• Second Year Remuneration: Rs. 24,700/- Per Month
• Third Year Remuneration: Rs. 26,650/- Per Month
• Other Benefits: No other allowances or benefits would be admissible during this contractual period. TA/DA will be reimbursed as per GUVNL company rules.
• Career Advancement: Upon satisfactory completion of the initial three years as Vidyut Sahayak, candidates may be considered for regular appointment as Junior Assistant in the pay scale of Rs. 25,000 – 55,800/-.

1. Online Application Shortlisting: Candidates are registered on PGVCL portal according to basic details.
2. First Tier Written Examination (100 Marks): An offline or online exam carrying 100 questions (Bilingual: Gujarati/English). Deducting 1/4th mark for wrong answers. Candidates must score at least 45 marks and above to qualify for the next level.
3. Second Tier Written Examination (100 Marks): Qualified Tier-1 candidates will sit for the Tier-2 exam. It also carries negative marking of 1/4th mark. Final merit/ranking of candidates will be strictly based on Tier-2 examination marks.
4. Document Verification & Medical Test: Merit-listed candidates will undergo verification of original certificates.
