💰 Salary Scale & Company Allowances

Selected candidates will be placed on a probation period of 1 year and will draw regular basic pay scales as per their respective executive grades:

• Grade E-7: Rs. 1,20,000 – 2,80,000/-
• Grade E-6: Rs. 1,00,000 – 2,60,000/-
• Grade E-5: Rs. 90,000 – 2,40,000/-
• Grade E-4: Rs. 80,000 – 2,20,000/-
• Grade E-3: Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000/-
• Grade E-2: Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/-
• Grade E-1: Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/-

Perks & Allowances: Includes Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA), Perquisites @ 35% of basic pay, North-East allowance @ 10% of basic pay (where applicable), HRA, Conveyance Maintenance Expenses Reimbursement (CMER), Medical Facilities, Post Retirement Medical Scheme (PRMS), and Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (DCPS).
