💼 Experience	Minimum 8 years of experience in serving in industry/premium institutions, out of which a minimum of 5 years must be in a senior position, preferably in corporate relations, training, or HR.

📝 Roles & Responsibilities	• Overall development of the placement cell in the University • Implementing the University outreach agenda to Industry and developing corporate relationships • Tying up with industrial and business houses for regular industrial visits for students • Conducting meetings with stakeholders to enhance placement impact • Preparing placement brochures and organizing pre-placement visits • Organizing grooming and training sessions for employability enhancement • Sustaining placement activities until all students are placed
📅 Tenure of Appointment	Regular appointment of 5 years. Initial probation/observation period of 1 year. Extensions/renewals based on performance assessment.
💰 Remuneration	Pay and other remuneration shall be commensurate with skills, qualification, experience, and market trends. Components include Core salary and PF as per applicable statutory norms.

🔍 Selection Procedure	Stage 1 – Written Ability Test: Application/Essay/Paragraph writing on a given topic (50 marks, 20 minutes). Qualifying score is 30.Stage 2 – Personal Interview: Interviews of short-listed candidates. Includes a Case Study/Assignment (PPT form) to be submitted in advance or on the interview date.
🌟 Preferable Criteria	Candidate having good Industrial networking experience with exclusive experience in Placement.
⚠️ Additional Requirement	Performance evaluated based on successful placement figures. Requires visiting industries and developing networks to ensure high placement numbers.
