📝 Job Description
- Conduct and monitor field trials (efficacy, phytotoxicity, demo trials) for crop protection products.
- Collect, record, and analyse trial data on pest control, crop response, and yield.
- Coordinate with farmers, dealers, and internal teams for smooth trial execution.
- Evaluate product performance vs competitors and support product positioning.
- Assist in field demonstrations and provide technical support to sales team.
- Prepare trial reports and seasonal summaries.
