💰 Salary & Benefits Structure

• Deputation Basis: Pay scale as applicable in the parent organization along with leave entitlement per parent organization rules.
• Contractual Basis Monthly Gross Salary:
  • Director: ₹2,42,600 per month
  • Legal Advisor: ₹2,27,900 per month
  • Account Officer: ₹1,04,600 per month
  • Executive (Legal / Technical / Admin & Accounts): ₹74,800 per month
• Annual Increment: Contractual employees are entitled to an annual increment of 5% on the Basic Salary every year.
• Leave Entitlement: 12 days of Casual Leave and 15 days of Special Leave per year (accumulative up to 30 days). No additional perks/benefits except TA/DA for official duties.

⚙️ Selection Process

Appointments are made either on a deputation basis or on a contractual basis for an initial period of two (2) years, extendable based on performance and Commission approval. Candidates applying on deputation from PSUs/Government departments must apply through the proper channel along with ACRs/APARs for the last five years and vigilance clearance.
