  • MBA – (Agri Business, Marketing)/PGDM (Sales & Marketing) will be preferred
🏫 Educational Institution From UGC recognized universities / Agriculture course recognized by Agriculture Department – GOG
⏳ Relevant Experience Graduate with minimum 6 years of relevant experience & Post Graduate with minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Sales and marketing in Agri input business with leading team.Preferably he/she should possess adequate working experience in Agri-input sales & marketing with strong leadership, negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
πŸ“ Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Developing effective sales models for retail level to enhance overall productivity of individual depot with proper development and execution of short & long-term sales and marketing strategies
  • Lead, mentor and manage the sales team, setting clear performance objectives and ensuring high team productivity
  • Identify new market opportunities and attracting potential customers & maintain relationships with key distributors, dealers & big farmers
  • Monitoring sales forecast, managing departmental budget
  • Monitoring and managing inventory requirements
  • Analyzing sales data, market trends and setting sales targets and revenue goals
  • Monitoring & controlling Outstanding/Overdue of Dealers
  • Developing Sales promotion & marketing strategies to counter competition.
