- End-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
- Employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Employee relations and grievance handling.
- Labour law compliance, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
- HR documentation, MIS, and employee records.
- Performance appraisal and factory HR operations.

- Industry Experience: Prior work experience in the Steel / Manufacturing sector is strictly mandatory.
