💰 Remuneration & Pay Scale

• Selected candidates will receive a Fixed Pay of Rs. 26,000/- per month for the first 5 years.
• After satisfactory completion of 5 years of service, candidates will be considered for regular appointment in Pay Level-4 (Rs. 25,500 – Rs. 81,100 / Matrix Rs. 52,200 – 20,200) as per 7th Pay Commission rules.

🎯 Selection Process

The selection will be based on a Single-Stage Competitive Examination (MCQ Type via CBRT or OMR):

• Single Paper (Total 210 Marks, 3 Hours Duration):
  • Part-A (90 Marks): Reasoning & Data Interpretation (30), Quantitative Aptitude (30), Indian Constitution/Current Affairs/Comprehension (30).
  • Part-B (120 Marks): Technical Qualification & Application Questions (Horticulture/Agriculture Subjects).
• Minimum Qualifying Standard: 40% independently in Part-A and Part-B.
• Negative Marking: 1/4th (0.25) deduction for every wrong answer.
• Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates based on merit (approx. 2 times vacancies) will be called for document verification.
