💰 Salary & Benefits
- Annual Consolidated Pay:
- ₹12 Lakh p.a. for experience of minimum 1 year but less than 5 years.
- ₹13 Lakh p.a. for experience of 5 years but less than 6 years.
- ₹14 Lakh p.a. for experience of 6 years and above.
- Provident Fund (PF): As per statutory maximum wage ceiling decided by EPFO from time to time.
- Gratuity: Entitled after engagement for more than 1 year.
- Death Compensation: An ex-gratia payment of ₹25 Lakh extended to the family in case of natural/accidental death, plus an additional ₹25 Lakh ex-gratia in case of death by accident arising out of/in the course of employment on company premises.

📋 Selection Process
- Personal Interview (PI): Selection will be through Personal Interview only for eligible candidates shortlisted in the ratio of 1:10 after screening.
- Screening Criteria: If the number of eligible candidates exceeds the ratio, screening methods such as consideration of higher relevant experience or higher inline relevant educational qualifications will be used for elimination purposes only (not counted in final merit).
- Qualifying Marks: The qualifying marks in PI shall be 50%, and final selection will be based on the order of merit.
