🎓 Qualification & Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Full-time Post Graduate Degree in Master of Social Work (MSW) or Master of Rural Studies (MRS) from a recognized institute.
- Experience: Preferably 10 years’ post-qualification experience in planning, implementation, and supervision of community development programs under a reputed NGO or industrial organization.
- Language Proficiency: Working knowledge of Gujarati is mandatory.
- Computer Skills: Candidates having computer proficiency will be preferred.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, and successfully implement community development programs.
- Focus on children, adolescent and women’s health, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), education, skill development, livelihood promotion, agriculture, animal husbandry, and plantation.
- Coordinate with communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders for effective implementation of developmental programs.
- Handle any other responsibilities assigned by the organization from time to time.
