💰 Monthly Salary & Benefits Breakdown
- Senior Consultant (Law): ₹1,50,000/- per month
- Consultant (Bird & Wildlife Management, Horticulture, Content Writer, Graphic Designer, Video Editor): ₹1,20,000/- per month
- Junior Consultant (Clinical Psychologist, Airport Systems, Obstacle Management, Technical): ₹1,00,000/- per month
- Associate Consultant (Bird & Wildlife Management, Obstacle Management, Technical): ₹70,000/- per month
- Annual Increment: Performance-based increment up to 10% (Very Good) or up to 15% (Outstanding/Excellent) upon contract extension.
- Leave Entitlement: 1.5 days of leave allowed for each completed month of service.

- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will undergo an interview process. Candidates must score a minimum of 50 marks in the interview for selection based on merit ranking.
