🧑‍💼 Experience	Minimum of 5 (five) years’ post-qualification experience (ACS) as a Company Secretary in: – A Public Limited Company with an annual turnover of ₹300 Crores or above. OR – A State/Central Public Sector Undertaking with an annual turnover of ₹100 Crores or above. *Note: Experience in Public Sector/Power Sector and legal drafting/court case liaison preferred.
