🗂️ Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage end-to-end HR functions including hiring, onboarding, payroll, exits, and HRMS.

✅ Oversee office administration, facility operations, IT systems, assets, and administrative compliance.

✅ Handle multi-donor HR budgeting and statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, and Gratuity.

✅ Maintain contracts, agreements, records, and documentation.

✅ Support logistics and coordination for trainings, workshops, and organizational events.

🎯 Required Skills & Eligibility

✔ Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or Management.

✔ 5–6 years of experience in HR, Administration, and Facility Management.

✔ Experience in payroll processing, HRMS, and statutory compliance.

✔ Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

✔ Proficiency in Gujarati and English languages.

✔ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

✔ Strong experience in data management, data analysis, and MIS reporting.
