🎯 Job Profile & Core Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate climate change projects focusing on climate education, resilience, sustainability, and community-based adaptation across India. The role involves working with government agencies, development partners, academic institutions, communities, and funding organisations to implement high-impact climate initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead climate change and resilience projects from planning to implementation.
- Develop project proposals and support resource mobilization.
- Design and implement climate education programmes and training modules.
- Coordinate with government agencies, partners, funders, and field teams.
- Undertake field visits and monitor project implementation.
- Prepare technical reports, knowledge products, and communication materials.
- Manage project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support research, curriculum development, and climate policy initiatives.
