🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Government stakeholder coordination at district & block level

✔ Program implementation, reporting & field monitoring

✔ Conduct training and capacity-building sessions

✔ Data sharing and support for data-driven decision-making

✔ Frequent field visits and coordination with frontline teams

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

✔ 3+ years of experience in development/public health programs

✔ Experience in maternal & child health programs preferred

✔ Strong training, facilitation & stakeholder management skills

✔ Good knowledge of local/regional language is mandatory

✔ Must be open to extensive and frequent travel

✔ MSW / BSW / Social Sciences background preferred
