💰 Section 6 – Salary & Benefits
- Annual Consolidated Pay: ₹12 to 14 Lakh per annum based on educational qualification and experience.
- Provident Fund (PF): Provided as per statutory maximum wage ceiling decided by EPFO from time to time.
- Gratuity: Entitled to receive gratuity after engagement for more than 1 year.
- Insurance & Compensation: Ex-gratia payment of ₹25 Lakh extended to the family in case of natural/accidental death, plus an additional ₹25 Lakh for death by accident arising out of/in the course of employment on company premises.

⚙️ Section 8 – Selection Process
- Screening & Ratio: Eligible candidates are shortlisted for Personal Interview in the ratio of 1:10 (post-to-candidate ratio). If numbers are higher, screening is done based on higher inline qualifications or longer relevant experience.
- Personal Interview (PI): Final merit is drawn purely on the basis of performance in the Personal Interview.
- Qualifying Marks: 50% for UR/EWS/OBC(NCL) category and 40% for SC/ST/PwBD category.
