• Set up and manage training centres across Gujarat
• Mobilisation of candidates from diverse communities
• Ensure quality training delivery and adherence to project guidelines
• Build industry partnerships and placement linkages
• Team management, MIS reporting, and compliance
• Travel across multiple locations in Gujarat
• Drive targets and ensure impactful outcomes

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Skill Development / Livelihood Projects
• Proven experience in setting up centres from scratch
• End-to-end experience in mobilisation, training, and placement
• Strong network with government, industry, and local stakeholders
• High integrity, leadership, and people management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat
