📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead village-level project implementation.
- Coordinate with Gram Panchayats, government departments, communities & partners.
- Oversee waste segregation, collection & processing linkages.
- Monitor field activities, KPIs, budgets, MIS & reporting.
- Coordinate teams and support project sustainability.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s in Social Work, Rural Development, Environmental Management, Public Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 5–6 years’ experience in field development, SWM (Solid Waste Management), or CSR projects.
- Skills Preferred: Government liaison and rural/community development experience preferred.
- Languages: Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi & English.
