⏳ Experience	Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in skills development, placement-linked vocational training, and/or entrepreneurship development
🎯 Position Summary	Provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for initiatives aimed at enhancing employability, skills, and entrepreneurship among rural youth and community members.
🛠️ Key Skills	Programme design, strategic planning, and project management Experience with government programmes and skill missions Managing multi-stakeholder partnerships and donor-funded projects
💡 Required Competencies	Understanding of rural livelihoods and enterprise ecosystems Knowledge of future skills and IT-enabled service sectors Strategic thinking and team management skills Ability to work in diverse rural contexts

Detailed Job Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership	Identify emerging sectors and future skills; support programme expansion and scaling across geographies.
Programme Management	Lead planning of placement-linked vocational skills; establish systems for tracking training outcomes and job placements.
Partnerships	Develop partnerships with government departments, industry partners, and training providers.
Donor Engagement	Lead development of programme proposals and concept notes; ensure compliance and high-quality reporting.
Team & Finance	Provide mentorship to programme teams; lead budgeting and financial monitoring; promote innovation and accountability.
