Detailed Job Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership Identify emerging sectors and future skills; support programme expansion and scaling across geographies.
Programme Management Lead planning of placement-linked vocational skills; establish systems for tracking training outcomes and job placements.
Partnerships Develop partnerships with government departments, industry partners, and training providers.
Donor Engagement Lead development of programme proposals and concept notes; ensure compliance and high-quality reporting.
Team & Finance Provide mentorship to programme teams; lead budgeting and financial monitoring; promote innovation and accountability.
