⚙️ Selection Process

1. Screening / Shortlisting: Based on qualifications, percentage of marks, and years of experience.
2. Computer Based Test (CBT) / Interview: Management reserves the right to conduct a multistage selection process.
   • In case of CBT: 100 bilingual questions (Duration: 2 Hours) divided into Subject Knowledge Test (70% weightage) and Aptitude Test (30% weightage) with negative marking. Test centers include Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Lucknow, Jaipur, Bhopal, Raipur, and Vishakhapatnam.
   • In case of Direct Interview: Shortlisting based on qualification/experience followed by Personal Interview.
3. Medical Examination: Selected candidates must pass medical fitness at specified Govt hospitals (minimum District Hospital).
