📌 Senior Director (Accreditation)

🎓 Qualification	Fixed Tenure: Ph.D. with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in Master’s degree in Engineering / Technology / MBA / PGDM / Pharmacy / Architecture and Town Planning from a recognized University/Institution. Deputation: Qualification for fixed tenure is not applicable. Persons working in Government organizations with relevant experience can apply.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Senior Director: Pay Level 13A as per 7th CPC.
• Manager: Pay Level 11 as per 7th CPC.

• Allowances & Perks: Appointees are entitled to leave, pay & allowances as per Government of India Rules adopted by NBA (CCS Leave Rules, NPS, CS(MA) Rules).

⚙️ Selection Process

1. Scrutiny of Applications: Carried out by a Selection Committee constituted by the Competent Authority of NBA.
2. Shortlisting: Candidates meeting all eligibility criteria will be shortlisted.
3. Interview / Personal Discussion / Written Test: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for evaluation.
4. Medical Fitness & Verification: Selected candidates must submit a medical fitness certificate and undergo character/antecedent verification.
