⚙️ Key Roles & Responsibilities

Operational Supervision: Manage total assembly workflows for cushion covers, inserts, and pillows—overseeing cutting, stitching, inserting, packing, and dispatch desks.
Target & Output Optimization: Ensure defined manufacturing daily goals are hit, maximizing machinery utility and minimizing operator downtime.
Cross-Team Liaison: Align and coordinate tightly with QA/QC, supply chain planning, warehouse, and shipping teams to clear backlogs.
Quality & TAT Controls: Control rejection rates, alteration cycles, and production blockages to keep order fulfillment strictly inside Turnaround Time (TAT).
Workforce Training: Mentor, train, and maintain high safety and disciplinary compliance across shop-floor teams.
MIS Documentation: Formulate accurate daily production reports and track plant performance charts regularly.
