🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Design & manage M&E frameworks, indicators & MIS tools
- Lead data collection, validation & analysis across SHGs, FPOs & farmer groups
- Track BCI farm-level indicators including yield, water use, pesticide reduction & income
- Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual reports for donors & management
- Lead baseline, midline & endline studies for agriculture interventions
- Build data capacity of field teams, CRPs & community institutions
- Spend 10+ field days per month for ground-level engagement
🎯 Desired Skills
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel, MIS Tools, SPSS/STATA or similar software
- Experience in survey design, participatory monitoring & data visualization
- BCI or sustainability certification programme experience is an added advantage
