🎯 Eligibility Criteria
✔ Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW), Rural Management, Development Studies, or Special Education.
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in the development sector and project management.
✔ Minimum 3+ years of experience in livelihoods and skilling is preferable.
✔ Prior experience in the disability sector is preferred.
✔ Fluent in English and Hindi.
✔ Strong empathy, patience, networking, and communication skills.
✔ Willingness to travel extensively.
